Q: Can a UV printer print on any object?
A: UV printers can print on many different substrates, including wood, plastic, ceramic, metal, leather, PET, acrylic, glass, etc. (Due to the limited adhesion of uv inks, smooth surfaces such as mirrors, glass, etc. need to be coated layer).
Q: Is UV printing scratch-resistant? Is it washable?
A: With sublistar’s UV ink, the finished product is waterproof and fade-resistant, and the printed surface is scratch-resistant and durable.
Q: Does UV printing need a heat press?
A: UV printing uses specialized UV inks. UV LEDs instead of heat cure the ink onto the print media during printing. No need for a heat press
Q: What can UV flatbed printers print?
A: The UV flatbed machine can print on almost any flat material such as mobile phone cases, medals, packaging boxes, leather, wood, ceramics, promotional items, pvc, etc. With the jig, it can also be printed on curved surfaces, such as cups, golf balls, etc.
Q: What is the difference between UV printer and UV DTF printer?

Section 1 - Limited Warranty:
Sublistar provides a 24-month warranty for printing machines including DTF, UV, DTG, Sublimation, Heat Press Machine and the components except consumables such as powder, ink, etc. Our technicians can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customers are responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers may self-install parts or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damages caused during self-repair.
Section 2 - What is covered
1. DTF Series Printers:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Mainboard, Headboard, and Powerboard.
2. Shaker:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Main Control Board, SCR Board, PLC Color Screen.
3. Printer Printheads (used with Sublistar Ink):
Warranty Period: 3-6 months,depending on the specific product.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies to defects caused by non-human factors during normal use.
- Warranty Service: Return the product for inspection. If eligible, a new replacement will be sent.
- Return and Replacement: Customer is responsible for return shipping. New product will be shipped upon verification.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or force majeure.
- Warranty Void: Warranty expires, tampered product, or damage due to misuse voids warranty.

Section 3 - What is not covered
The consumables such as powder, ink, paper, film etc. are not covered by warranty.
Please note that:
- If you have any questions after the receipt of our Sublistar products, please feel free to contact us via any online means and we would be delighted to offer you kind service within the warranty period.
- The equipments that are covered by warranty can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if they are not artificially damaged.
- If you find the equipment problems and handle them by yourself after the receipt of our products or require for any repair or replacement after the warranty period, Sublistar would not bear any responsibilities.
