Temperature Change DTF Film Overview
DTF temperature change film is black at <30℃, and the design’s primary color is at >32℃. Usage: 150℃, 10-15 seconds. This can display the original design pattern as the temperature changes. This film has the advantages of being non-stick, non-slip, and oil-free.
Features of Temperature Change DTF Film
- Vibrant colors and good coverage of white color
- Touch temperature>32℃, the image will turn significantly brighter
- No ink bleeding, resistant to high temperatures which prevents ink bleeding during the process
- Non-absorbent film to keep the ink wet, making the adhesive powder stick easily to the design
- Anti-static, non-stick, non-slip, and oil-free.
Precautions for using special DTF Transfer Film:
- Recommended heat oven temperature: 100-110℃;
- Recommended to use it with easy-to-tear hot melt powder;
- Recommended temperature of the heat press machine: 135-155℃;
- Cannot be re-pressed directly. It is recommended to turn it over and re-press, or use protective tissue paper or cloth to re-press;
- Cold water machine washing. To protect the prints coating layer, it is recommended to machine wash the clothes inside out. Do not soak or wash by hand.
- Recommended to test the best conditions yourself according to the actual situation before mass production.
Storage Environment:
Relative humidity 35-65%, Temperature 10-30 degrees, sealed indoor storage, avoid direct sunlight, shelf life 1 year.
Section 1 - Limited Warranty:
Sublistar provides a 24-month warranty for printing machines including DTF, UV, DTG, Sublimation, Heat Press Machine and the components except consumables such as powder, ink, etc. Our technicians can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customers are responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers may self-install parts or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damages caused during self-repair.
Section 2 - What is covered
1. DTF Series Printers:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Mainboard, Headboard, and Powerboard.
2. Shaker:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Main Control Board, SCR Board, PLC Color Screen.
3. Printer Printheads (used with Sublistar Ink):
Warranty Period: 3-6 months,depending on the specific product.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies to defects caused by non-human factors during normal use.
- Warranty Service: Return the product for inspection. If eligible, a new replacement will be sent.
- Return and Replacement: Customer is responsible for return shipping. New product will be shipped upon verification.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or force majeure.
- Warranty Void: Warranty expires, tampered product, or damage due to misuse voids warranty.

Section 3 - What is not covered
The consumables such as powder, ink, paper, film etc. are not covered by warranty.
Please note that:
- If you have any questions after the receipt of our Sublistar products, please feel free to contact us via any online means and we would be delighted to offer you kind service within the warranty period.
- The equipments that are covered by warranty can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if they are not artificially damaged.
- If you find the equipment problems and handle them by yourself after the receipt of our products or require for any repair or replacement after the warranty period, Sublistar would not bear any responsibilities.
