Introduction Of Color-Inside Gradient DTF Film 

This color-inside series DTF film is coated with special color layers, including flame red, violet purple, sky blue, sea blue, and coral orange. Only print White color ink, which perfectly presents the gradient color of the film itself, achieving effects that ordinary ink cannot achieve.

Wide Application 

DTF printing is commonly used in the fashion industry for custom apparel, but it also has applications in custom merchandise, interior decor, promotional products, and more. It has become an attractive option for businesses and individuals looking to create personalized and high-quality textile products due to its ease of use and rapid results. 

Precautions for using special DTF Transfer Film:

• Recommended heat oven temperature: 100-110℃;
• Recommended to use it with easy-to-tear hot melt powder;
• Recommended temperature of the heat press machine: 135-155℃;
• Cannot be re-pressed directly. It is recommended to turn it over and re-press, or use protective tissue paper or cloth to re-press;
• Cold water machine washing. To protect the prints coating layer, it is recommended to machine wash the clothes inside out. Do not soak or wash by hand.
• Recommended to test the best conditions yourself according to the actual situation before mass production.
• Artwork should be uploaded as a single color image (𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐢𝐭𝐞), widely used for logos, iconic signs etc. 

Storage environment: To protect unused transfer film, recommended to store in original packaging at a relative humidity of 40-60%RH, temperature 20°C-28°C, sealed indoor storage, and avoid direct sunlight.

Section 1 - Limited Warranty:

Sublistar provides a 24-month warranty for printing machines including DTF, UV, DTG, Sublimation, Heat Press Machine and the components except consumables such as powder, ink, etc. Our technicians can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customers are responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers may self-install parts or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damages caused during self-repair.

Section 2 - What is covered

1. DTF Series Printers:

Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Mainboard, Headboard, and Powerboard.

2. Shaker:

Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Main Control Board, SCR Board, PLC Color Screen.

3. Printer Printheads (used with Sublistar Ink):

Warranty Period: 3-6 months,depending on the specific product.

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

• Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies to defects caused by non-human factors during normal use.
• Warranty Service: Return the product for inspection. If eligible, a new replacement will be sent.
• Return and Replacement: Customer is responsible for return shipping. New product will be shipped upon verification.
• Exclusions: Warranty does not cover improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or force majeure.
• Warranty Void: Warranty expires, tampered product, or damage due to misuse voids warranty.

Section 3 - What is not covered

The consumables such as powder, ink, paper, film etc. are not covered by warranty.

1. If you have any questions after the receipt of our Sublistar products, please feel free to contact us via any online means and we would be delighted to offer you kind service within the warranty period.
2. The equipments that are covered by warranty can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if they are not artificially damaged.
3. If you find the equipment problems and handle them by yourself after the receipt of our products or require for any repair or replacement after the warranty period, Sublistar would not bear any responsibilities.
