New Features
DTF STAR series has greatly improved printing technology: Automatic In-Line moisturizing system, Front, middle, and rear heating devices, and Simultaneous White and full color. Improving the machine’s stability, prolonging machine parts' service life, and making the machine more efficient.
Professional Features - Sublistar Desktop A3 DTF Printer
High Quality Nozzles Heating
In extreme weather conditions, when air conditioning is not effective, the printhead heating function helps to heat up the ink, ensuring ink flow and preventing clogging of the printhead.
Auto In-Line Moisturizing
The machine can be set to automatically spray moisturizing liquid, which can effectively slow down the drying speed of the ink in the nozzle and prevent clogging. This function can usually be set at the end of daily work, or when the machine is not working for a long time, which is very helpful to extend the service life of the nozzle.
Low Ink Level Alarm System
Both the ink supply bottle and the waste ink bottle are equipped with alarm sensors. There will be a beep sound to help remind you to add ink or empty the waste ink bottle in time.
Earth Leakage Switch
A leakage switch can ensure the safety of people and machines, to avoid the safety hazards caused by the leakage of electricity during the operation of the machine, more secure operation .
Integrated Smoke Purifier
The integrated smoke purifier on the side can automatically process the smoke into liquid and discharge it, which is green and pollution-free .

Section 1 - Limited Warranty:
Sublistar provides a 24-month warranty for printing machines including DTF, UV, DTG, Sublimation, Heat Press Machine and the components except consumables such as powder, ink, etc. Our technicians can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customers are responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers may self-install parts or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damages caused during self-repair.
Section 2 - What is covered
1. DTF Series Printers:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Mainboard, Headboard, and Powerboard.
2. Shaker:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Main Control Board, SCR Board, PLC Color Screen.
3. Printer Printheads (used with Sublistar Ink):
Warranty Period: 3-6 months,depending on the specific product.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies to defects caused by non-human factors during normal use.
- Warranty Service: Return the product for inspection. If eligible, a new replacement will be sent.
- Return and Replacement: Customer is responsible for return shipping. New product will be shipped upon verification.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or force majeure.
- Warranty Void: Warranty expires, tampered product, or damage due to misuse voids warranty.

Section 3 - What is not covered
The consumables such as powder, ink, paper, film etc. are not covered by warranty.
Please note that:
- If you have any questions after the receipt of our Sublistar products, please feel free to contact us via any online means and we would be delighted to offer you kind service within the warranty period.
- The equipments that are covered by warranty can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if they are not artificially damaged.
- If you find the equipment problems and handle them by yourself after the receipt of our products or require for any repair or replacement after the warranty period, Sublistar would not bear any responsibilities.
