How to Choose DTF Powder
The three printing patterns show the distinctive effects printed by regular DTF powder, TPU DTF powder, and anti-sublimation DTF powder. Above these, we can find that the regular and the TPU powder may penetrate dark textiles. Therefore, anti-sublimation hot melt powder is your best choice when you print on dark cloth. Besides that, regular and TPU DTF powder can attain ideal print effects.
Regular DTF Powder
Regular DTF hot melt powder has standard washing resistance, dry-cleaning resistance, and bonding strength with polyester fabric, which can meet your daily print requirements.
TPU DTF Powder
TPU hot melt powder is generally white or black. It has good washing resistance and high-temperature resistance. It's widely used in heat transfer printing, swimsuit printing, hot stamping, and other industries.
Anti-sublimation DTF Powder
Anti-sublimation hot melt powder is suitable for printing dark cloth. As anti-sublimation powder has better coverage and color rendering without any uneven color transmission.

Section 1 - Limited Warranty:
Sublistar provides a 24-month warranty for printing machines including DTF, UV, DTG, Sublimation, Heat Press Machine and the components except consumables such as powder, ink, etc. Our technicians can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customers are responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers may self-install parts or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damages caused during self-repair.
Section 2 - What is covered
1. DTF Series Printers:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Mainboard, Headboard, and Powerboard.
2. Shaker:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Main Control Board, SCR Board, PLC Color Screen.
3. Printer Printheads (used with Sublistar Ink):
Warranty Period: 3-6 months,depending on the specific product.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies to defects caused by non-human factors during normal use.
- Warranty Service: Return the product for inspection. If eligible, a new replacement will be sent.
- Return and Replacement: Customer is responsible for return shipping. New product will be shipped upon verification.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or force majeure.
- Warranty Void: Warranty expires, tampered product, or damage due to misuse voids warranty.

Section 3 - What is not covered
The consumables such as powder, ink, paper, film etc. are not covered by warranty.
Please note that:
- If you have any questions after the receipt of our Sublistar products, please feel free to contact us via any online means and we would be delighted to offer you kind service within the warranty period.
- The equipments that are covered by warranty can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if they are not artificially damaged.
- If you find the equipment problems and handle them by yourself after the receipt of our products or require for any repair or replacement after the warranty period, Sublistar would not bear any responsibilities.
