Latest I1600 Print Head
The I1600-A1 printhead is a new printhead released in 2023 in response to changing application requirements in the end market.
The I1600-A1 printhead is typically equipped for 12-inch/18-inch small DTF printers. It has the same specifications for size, nozzle resolution, and ink droplet ejection performance as the i3200-A1. The difference between the two is that the i1600-A1 has only 1,600 nozzles, which is half that of the i3200-A1, resulting in a relatively slower print rate and a lower price.
PrecisionCore Technology
ALL MEMS (micro-electromechanical systems) manufacturing technology and the use of thin-film piezoelectric elements make high-precision. Dense nozzle hole arrangement (600npi/2 rows) is realized, making the print head compact, fast and Good quality and durable. The precision nozzles and ink paths made by unique MEMS technology make the sprayed. The ink droplets are close to a perfect circle and accurately positioned at the same time.
Multi-gray Output
Unique VSDT (Variable Droplet Technology) can freely control the size of the ejected ink droplets, thereby reducing the graininess of the picture, presenting more picture details, smooth color transitions, and high saturation.
High Resolution
The nozzle resolution is 600dpi (2-color printing), 300dpi (4-color printing).
High Durability
Precision Core Print head because of its high precision machining technology, excellent durability. Has been optimized for many commercial and industrial printing fields for high-speed output and high-quality printing.

Section 1 - Limited Warranty:
Sublistar provides a 24-month warranty for printing machines including DTF, UV, DTG, Sublimation, Heat Press Machine and the components except consumables such as powder, ink, etc. Our technicians can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customers are responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers may self-install parts or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damages caused during self-repair.
Section 2 - What is covered
1. DTF Series Printers:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Mainboard, Headboard, and Powerboard.
2. Shaker:
Warranty Period: 24 months from the date of purchase.
Covered Components: Main Control Board, SCR Board, PLC Color Screen.
3. Printer Printheads (used with Sublistar Ink):
Warranty Period: 3-6 months,depending on the specific product.
Warranty Terms and Conditions:
- Warranty Coverage: Warranty applies to defects caused by non-human factors during normal use.
- Warranty Service: Return the product for inspection. If eligible, a new replacement will be sent.
- Return and Replacement: Customer is responsible for return shipping. New product will be shipped upon verification.
- Exclusions: Warranty does not cover improper handling, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or force majeure.
- Warranty Void: Warranty expires, tampered product, or damage due to misuse voids warranty.

Section 3 - What is not covered
The consumables such as powder, ink, paper, film etc. are not covered by warranty.
Please note that:
- If you have any questions after the receipt of our Sublistar products, please feel free to contact us via any online means and we would be delighted to offer you kind service within the warranty period.
- The equipments that are covered by warranty can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if they are not artificially damaged.
- If you find the equipment problems and handle them by yourself after the receipt of our products or require for any repair or replacement after the warranty period, Sublistar would not bear any responsibilities.
