The Star IV UV flatbed printer is a digital printing technology that uses UV light to cure ink as it’s applied to a flat surface. Equipped with 6 ink tanks, 4 colors of ink can be installed. It can finish exquisite shading with high precision. In addition, using white ink and clear varnish, it has rich expressive power and fulfills various needs.
- Electric Cylinder Fixture, Support 360° Rotation Printing
A cylindrical fixture is installed on the platform, which can realize the printing of cylindrical products such as thermos cups and mugs and supports printing with a diameter of 30–120 mm to meet the needs of personalized customization.

The three nozzles of white varnish inkjet at the same time can produce D relief and a multi-layer transparent bump effect, including an amazing varnish glossy effect and a matte finish.
- High-Performance Inks For A Variety Of Applications
It is an eco-friendly UV ink with excellent color development and color reproducibility. It is cured by ultraviolet radiation. In addition to bright colors and style, it also has strong adhesion.
- Supports 180mm thickness product print
The beam of the machine can be raised to 180 mm, which supports the printing of products with a thickness of 0-180 mm and can meet the personalized customization of individual products.
- High-precision vacuum suction platform
The adsorption platform is made of a high-strength aluminum alloy plate. The high-precision drilling machine is used to drill holes in the plate. The turbofan under the platform inhales through these holes to fix the material.
- Independent flash tank device
If you do not temporarily clean the ink system and print head after stopping printing, you can set the print head to a flashing state, which means the machine will automatically flash every few minutes. It can prevent ink from solidifying in the ink path system, which can lead to clogging of the nozzles. Keep the printhead in a smooth state all the time by flashing.
- High reliability and security
An anti-collision device is installed at the bottom of the printhead carriage. If the carriage hits an object during the printing process, it will stop working immediately to ensure that the print head and substrates are not scratched and that the safety of the print head and the product is guaranteed.

Epson F1080(XP600) Print Head
UV STAR IV-60R using Epson F1080 print heads. It is an economical printhead, designed as a water-based head. The price is very cheap, the stability is moderate and it is widely accepted by the market. It is mainly used for small environmentally friendly solvent ink printers or roller UV printers.

Limited Warranty:
Sublistar provides a 24-month warranty for printing machines including DTF, UV, DTG, Sublimation, Heat Press Machine and the components except consumables such as powder, ink, etc. Our technicians can be issued a replacement on some parts that will be covered in the limited warranty. Technicians can assist by chat or video chat to help replace a part and troubleshoot during this time. Once the limited warranty ends, the customers are responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers may self-install parts or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damages caused during self-repair.
Section 2 - What is covered
Sublistar company provides 3-6 months free warranty service for the print head for the following series of machines.
During this period, technicians will assist in replacing print head parts and troubleshooting through chat or video chat.
If the problems cannot be resolved, a new print head will be replaced for free. Once the limited warranty ends, the customer will be responsible for any parts costs and troubleshooting. Customers can install parts themselves or use their technicians, but Sublistar is not responsible for damage caused during the self-repair process.

- The equipments that are covered by warranty can be repaired or replaced within the warranty period if they are not artificially damaged.
- If you find the equipment problems and handle them by yourself after the receipt of our products or require for any repair or replacement after the warranty period, Sublistar would not bear any responsibilities.
